1 Special Boat Rental Conditions
The rental agreement is concluded between the local / the charter company / boat owner and the tenant. For driving a boat in Florida, you need no license, but boaters must be 21 years old and possess a valid car driving license. For actuarial reasons, it must give before handing over a technical briefing on the handling of the boat.
The boats are refueled at delivery. The tank is documented. The boat must be returned with the appropriate tank. Use at your own risk and without any warranty. The boats are to be treated with care, damage immediately the charter airline / boat owner reported. For damage caused by improper use or third party, the tenant is responsible. A settlement of claims has to be done by them. The charter company reserves the right to charge for damages and fuel costs from the deposit.
The tenant has to adhere strictly to the statements of the boat briefing. Violations can result in immediate termination of the contract. A refund of the agreed rent is not in that case, even proportionally. If the lease / transfer on the basis of short-term damage to the boat can not take place, then the charter boat company tries to provide a replacement at no extra cost - should not replace boat were available, the tenant's full rent will be refunded. The rent payment is made by transfer to an account (see booking contract) or can be paid via PayPal, cash, or credit card. .

2. Advanced Boat Rental Conditions

2.1. Online reservations / booking form
With my online booking, or the signature on the booking form and related payment, I confirm to be bound by my desired reservation 4 weeks. Should I get during this time, no confirmation, then the invalid reservation for me. On receipt of the confirmation of the lease is completed.

2.2. All-Inclusive Package (A-I-P)
Through our special service to the customer and the new All-Inclusive Package (AIP) accounts for the following additional costs:
-Check-in with technical briefing,
-Cleaning,
-SeaTow-towing insurance,
-Delivery to the House (from 3 days of rental)
-Comprehensive insurance,
-6% Sales Tax,
-Check-out

2.3. Payments and additional costs
Deposit, 30% of the total rental cost, unless otherwise stated or agreed upon are immediately due no later than 7 days after booking offer
The Restmietsumme is due no later than by boat transfer.
Practical training / driving lessons will be charged USD 40 per hour.
All bank fees / charges for international transfers are charged to the tenant.
Additional charges for payments via PayPal (3%), payments by credit card (5%)
If the toilets are used on the boat, we will charge a cleaning fee of 40 USD.
The deposit amount is $ 1,000 and shall be deposited by credit card.

2.4. Cancellations

A cancellation within 14 days from the date of booking is not possible anymore! Repayment of the deposit will only be possible if we get hired to lease the canceled booking date yet.
A cancellation within 30 days is possible until the date of booking, the cancellation fee is 50% of the price!
A cancellation within 90 days is possible until the date of booking, the cancellation fee is 30% of the price!
Cancellation before 90 days of booking date is possible, the cancellation fee is 10% of the total rent!
